Hello there,

Welcome to the Zoom Community!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Before joining a meeting, please go to your settings > Audio > Original Sound for Musicians and select one of the available options. If you don't plan to use the "Original Sound for Musicians" feature, you can choose the Zoom Background Noise Removal option after enabling Original Sound for Musicians.
