How do we add someone else's meeting to our zoom or bookmark them if they are reoccurring? I hate having to hunt down an email from weeks prior to click on their special button, which then opens a browser, then finally opens the app, just so I can attend. I want to open the app and go to a saved link or bookmarked meeting. I'd also be game to using a separate Zoom calendar that is not just giving Zoom access to my entire personal Google acct. I'd love some tips for ease of use and avoiding this run around. Thanks.

Hi,
You can actually integrate the meeting details into your calendar (like Outlook) and set it up as an event with the zoom link attached directly in the event description. If you're on iOS or Mac, simply copy their Zoom link into the Calendar app under "Add location or Video Call".

If you don't want to worry about saving each individual email and adding to your calendar than your best bet is for the host to send a calendar invite and reminder ahead of each occurrence. They can either resend the invite to all attendees manually or there is a Zoom app, Salepager, for scheduling recurring meetings that includes automated reminders and calendar invites that can populate your calendar directly without you having to add them.

I attend a lot of Zoom meetings. It is not about not wanting to save the email; it is that they get buried. I just want to know how to save them in the Zoom app without giving Zoom access to my entire personal calendar outside of the app. Also, I have my calendar on one device and use Zoom on another. I tried the "switch device" option each time, but it frequently fails and returns to the original, which sonetimes gets me booted out. Not to mention it tells the host I left, I'm told; it's more complicated than it needs to be. Much like a browser, Zoom needs a bookmark feature or a scheduler within the app to save. It saves our own meetings, so why can't it save the ones we are invited to regularly?
