What solutions to do a one-shot webinar, with Replay ?

I need a solution to make a one-shot webinar, with Replay

-I do not know yet how many attendees I will get, because inscriptions are managed by a third-party. Potentially about 100

-access to the webinar trough a link

-Replay needed

-if possible, use some very simple surveys

What solution can I use, cheap enough for one-shot ?

Webinar date is 12th December, 10:00 - 12:00 Paris time
