Hello @Setenium,

Thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom community.

If you upgrade to the Pro account again, you will have access to the recordings.

The recordings will have 30 days from the account being downgraded before they are automatically deleted.

Should you need further assistance, please let us know.

Upgrading to a paid subscription will allow you to regain access to your recordings. It’s always a good idea to back up your recordings to a cloud service like Google Drive before making any changes to your subscription.

When you downgrade from a paid Zoom subscription, your recordings are retained for 30 days before being automatically deleted. It’s crucial to back up those recordings before the downgrade.

Recently, I assisted a client in backing up all their past recordings to Google Drive before switching to the free plan. This ensured that all recordings, including those of their organization’s users, were safely stored. I can share some tips on how to do this effectively.
