When I am the host and I need to leave the meeting, Zoom notices me if there is any other one connected, in case I want to give someone the host role. This is happening when there is someone in the main room, BUT, if the rest of attendants are in a breakout room I don't get any message and the session is closed.

I haven’t tested this specific case, but if you designate other attendees as Co-Hosts and you are disconnected, they should be assigned Host in order of original Co-Host assignment. I can’t confirm that this works if the cohosts are all in breakout rooms, but it’s good practice to be sure that someone trusted gets the Host assignment by designating a cohost or two.
