Hi,
I have Zoom rooms installed on a Windows 10 machine with a Logitech Group Conference system connected to it. One of the buttons on the Logitech Group Conference system is a "disconnect call" button, but unfortunately it doesn't do anything during a Zoom meeting. I can however control the Logitech camera from the web based Zoom rooms controller which means that Zoom and the Logitech Group Conference system can actually see each other.
I tried to look in the every "settings" tab or window I could find, on the zoom web interface and the zoom rooms machine, but I couldn't find anything related to the disconnect button.
Does anyone now what the issue might be? Or how I can fix it?
Thank you.
