Help with switching back to my free account

Hello Everyone,

I find myself suddenly limited to 40 minutes on my free account.  I never meet with more than one person. I've never had a 40 minute limit.  When I looked at my profile, I see that I am now on a free plan for 3-100 people.  Would anyone know how I can change back to my original plan of meeting with one person at a time?

I keep getting "robo" answers which don't consider my situation.

Thanks so much! Marilyn

Hello @msmiller

Free accounts have always had the 40 minute limit on them when more than 2 people are in the meeting.

If you are saying that you are only meeting with yourself and another user, I would check your meeting security settings and make sure that you end your meetings fully before starting another one as it is possible a previous meeting did not properly end. This could account for the 40 minute limit.

I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
