I have a Hyper-X Cloud Flight headset that used to work fine in Zoom meetings. After my cat walked on the keyboard the headset mic works but I have to run the audio through desktop speakers. Any ideas how to correct this? OS is Win 8.1.
Thanks for any assistance

Hello,
I would recommend using the test audio to see if that helps: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362283-Testing-computer-or-device-audio
Is the headset working in other programs?
Hope this helps

If the headphones are fine, the issue could be with the drivers, operating system or other settings on the computer. Check sound enhancements. To do this, go to Sound settings > Sounds > Enhancements tab and click Disable all enhancements. Test your headphones by selecting Preview
Hope it helps
