HD Recording issue

Hello, I have "Enable HD" checked and I have "optimize for 3rd party editor" also checked. I did a Zoom interview and recorded it locally. It was myself and one guest (no one else on the call) and it was about 41 minutes in length. The final .mp4 is 252.1 MB and it is not HD. You can see the pixelated video. I noticed the "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom" file is 429.7 MB and the "double_click_to_convert_03.zoom" file is 360.8 MB. I am just wondering if those files have more data at a higher resolution (since they are larger file size) and if there is any way to convert them to allow me to work with higher resolution video. Thank you.

Hey @CurranBhaita, you can look into the KB article Using Group HD video.  Group HD video 720p has a Pro account that must be enabled by Zoom Support. For a meeting with two or more participants, the resolution will be 640p x 360p if only video is being shared and HD is not enabled.
