Hey everyone
I've replaced phone and earphones. And recently got problem with earphones
I can hear everyone at the meeting, they can hear me. But through phone. My earphones shows as connected it can play music or calls. But it doesn't work during meeting.
I so connect same way as before, even tried past earphones, but nothing works.
Tried to reinstall zoom few times. Same with earphones, but problem stays the same. Leave and join meeting obviously also.
Could you guys please help what else could I do to make it work? I'm new to this and deeply confused, support chat seems not available for me.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

First, you ARE in the support group here in the Zoom community. It is not clear from your description what devices are being used and how you have them connected. Earphones that use bluetooth must be connected to Zoom by clicking on the bluetooth icon in Zoom then selecting that device in Zoom. Just because they show as connected in the phone's settings does not mean that they are connected in Zoom.
