Disconnect when using two accounts on the same network

Currently I am having a problem, when in the same network I log in to two zoom accounts on two different devices, one account works normally, the other one, it takes about 4 to 5 minutes to disconnect . I have tried on both mobile and pc it's the same case. When I use vpn, this temporarily solves this situation, is there any way to completely fix this problem?
Thanks

Hey @phunt, leaning towards not being a Zoom problem, however, it's the interference of connections on your network. Just from past experience, I've had two devices on a network before and one seems to never connect or just takes forever connecting to an external server of something, for your example reaching Zoom. Do you know if you're on an IPv4 or IPv6 network? Are you experiencing Packet loss? You can look into the following articles to see if this helps
