On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Disabling participants from downloading recordings

Hello, I've disable the "allow viewers to download video", however, when sharing my video, it is still able to be downloaded. Any help is appreciated.

Not yet. Still working with Zoom support. On my own tested the link on an email completely separate from any of mine and the download button was NOT there.

I think I figured it out. Account Management >> Account Settings >> scroll down and it says CLoud Recording Downloads. Turn that off.

Yes. I did that. However, when I test it, I can still download. I had to send the link to a completely outside email in order to "confirm" the link could not be downloaded.
