Denied registration comment field

When you deny a registrant, there is a comment field to reply to the registrant as to why they were denied (if you choose).

After this has been sent, the comments field is empty and there doesn't seem to be any way to search or report that shows what was sent.

 

Anyone have experience with this for suggestion find that information? and why would Zoom not include that in the Denied file as a field?
