Customize Zoom Waiting Room

I am trying to customize Waiting Room on my Zoom Pro account.  I have two Pro accounts and on one option visible to edit.  The other account options are greyed out and option for j.peg not even shown.  They are the same level account. I had Waiting Room customized and suddenly went to default after being customized for several months.

I am going to Admin, Account Management, Account Settings, Waiting Room options, customize Waiting room.
