Customize Zoom Waiting Room

I am trying to customize Waiting Room on my Zoom Pro account. I have two Pro accounts and on one option visible to edit. The other account options are greyed out and option for j.peg not even shown. They are the same level account. I had Waiting Room...

Waiting Room cannot be seen by hosts.

Waiting Room enabled and participants in waiting room but Host cannot see waiting room.
