Custom Streaming locked by Admin

I have a Zoom One Pro Account and I am the owner. I went to configure the custom streaming and the option is greyed out and says "locked by Admin" - I am the only owner and admin, and there is no option to add myself to the role of admin or unlock the option. I have wasted hours, gone through all of the help docs and none provide the solution of how to make myself an admin and unlock permission for custom streaming ( I had streaming permission before the change in FB API) Can anyone help?
