VoiceOver and TalkBack for Zoom Video SDK UI Toolkit

I have been testing the Zoom Video SDK UI Toolkit, and both VoiceOver and TalkBack don't read whether a camera and audio are on or off.

This makes it extremely difficult for someone who is blind or partially blind to know if they are on mute and/or if their camera is off. 

Is there a way to activate this for my apps?
