I have been using zoom with my Apple TV for months without issues, I use my iPad or IPhone as continuity camera. Last week I started having issues with microphone and is doing the same trough all devices. First it connects fine and after 30 seconds my mic gets disconnected and I start getting pop ups on right upper section of screen saying audio disconnected on continuity camera, the pop ups appear and disappear constantly and mic never comes back. I checked software updates on all devices, TV and in Apple TV device, everything up to date. I checked all settings and everything is right, I turned off and on continuity option on devices to reset it. Nothing seems to work. I need help as I haven’t been able to do my training classes trough zoom in a week and still paying my membership.

Thought I would chime in here. I was having an issue where the continuity microphone stopped working after some unknown steps. Turns out, it was because I was using voice command to input the email addresses of attendees. As long as I type them in manually, the continuity microphone stays connected.

Hello, did you ever get this resolved? I’ve had similar experiences and I seem to have to reboot everything to get it to work.

@EhsaasRashan2 @tedsvo . Yes I found the solution, when this happens go to the 3 dots on menu bar click on report a problem and select audio, usually it fix itself after you report it, a few times took 2-3 times to do it until it fixes and works again. We have done this a few times and now seems to be working just fine without hassles.

Thanks. So you just click Audio and click "send" to Zoom?

Yes!!!! LMK how it goes but that should fix it, like I say maybe you need to do it a couple times. I think is most likely some sort of bug that affects some users and by reporting it like that a few times when it happens they can find a way to correct end eliminate the bug
