Zoom Bluetooth issues in version 6.6.x

This is using an Anker Bluetooth Conference Speaker.

Update 6.6.1 the Bluetooth speaker would work and play audio but not the microphone Zoom would say cannot connect. This is working fine in Windows for both Speaker and Microphone.

Update 6.6.6, the Bluetooth microphone started working but now the Bluetooth speaker would not. It looks fine in Zoom, but the speaker never plays any volume, this speaker works fine in Windows.

Uninstalled and re-installed 6.5.0 and everything works as normal.

Hey @wadefl,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The most effective solution (for you and other users who are experiencing the same issue), which you have already discovered, is to continue using Zoom version 6.5.0. Since rolling back to this version resolves all issues, it confirms the problem is with the Zoom software update and not your speaker, Windows configuration, or Bluetooth driver.

In the meantime, please watch out for a possible bug fix for this by following the Release notes for the Zoom Workplace app.

How do I downgrade to 6.5.0 since I am on 6.6.10?  I am having the same audio issue.
