Over the last several months, I've had complaints from attendees that they can't see my mouse when sharing my screen. This is really frustrating, and I have not noticed this issue when I attend others' Zoom meetings. I did some troubleshooting and found that it only happens when sharing the application window, NOT the screen. Is this a known issue or some kind of feature?

hi @joderda
This is the correct response for slides.
When you share powerpoint, there is a powerpoint option to share the cursor and it is off by default.
So zoom also hides the cursor till you request it
all the best

Thanks for the response, John. I haven’t had this problem while using slides or PowerPoint, but I can see the benefits in those applications. I have the problem while using bluebeam, Revit, and other programs.
I usually share my window so I don’t accidentally share something unrelated/sensitive with people who don’t need that information. Also, I have a very wide monitor, and when the screen is shared at that size, it makes it hard for people who don’t have such a large monitor to see the detail needed. So I think sharing the application window is a great option, except for the cursor not being visible.
