Hi, I am using the basic version of zoom and I am unable to activate the zoom cohost option. Can anyone help e with this?

Unfortunately, enabling the co-host feature requires a paid account, so there is nothing we can do on the forum to help. You would need to upgrade your account to have access to this feature.

Hi @Bort . I have a paid account but still don't see an option to have a co-host.  Whenever I want to allow someone else to share their screen, I have to make them the meeting host.  Am I missing the controls in the meeting setup? 

@gabriead DId you check your Settings page on the web to ensure its enabled there? 

Once that is confirmed to be enabled, then open the Zoom app, sign out, and sign back in. That should force a sync of any changes. Now start another meeting and see if you have the option when someone else joins.
