When entering the Zoom conference, the program started to request a code. In the program settings, it does not allow you to remove this code and says "Locked by admin". We also tried to remove it with the administrator, but nothing helps. Please advise how to remove this code and how to find out who my administrator is.

@AnnaKond - It would have been locked by an admin in the Account or Group settings. You would need to have an admin (or the owner) go into the Account or Group settings and turn it off to allow users to bypass the passcode. Note: Even the admin and owner cannot update an individual meeting when this is locked at the higher level. It would have to be turned off for everyone for you to change the setting.
