Hello everyone!
We need help to change the security passcode of our personal room but the option is unavailable (meetings> personal room>security passcode). Please if anyone can guide us to solve this problem.

If the option for passcode is not available within your PMI, it is most likely due to the personal setting not being enabled. You can enable 'Require a passcode for Personal Meeting ID (PMI)' under Personal > Settings > Meeting Tab > Security section. If this feature is not available to you, your admin has locked this setting and you will need to reach out to your admin to enable the setting. The admin can access this setting under Admin > Account Management > Account Settings > Meeting Tab > Security.
