I have an instructor that logged into her personal Zoom account on 1/9/24 for a class she was teaching.
She logged in on 1/9 using her college email but she hadn't yet accepted the request to link her Zoom account with the college, so the class took place under her personal, free Zoom account. The next day she accepted the request to link her Zoom account with the college and now she can't access the Zoom attendance report for 1/9/24. The college must have this in order to report the attendance hours. What should she do?

Hey @j_barham welcome to the community! Because reports are at the account management > Admin level and have already accepted to be apart of the account, it maybe best to open a ticket with support to see if we are able to retrieve that report. Here you can login and Submit a ticket
But, when Adding existing users to a paid account its stated that Reporting data will not be transferred, so it is recommended they access and download any needed reports before accepting the account invitation.
