I'm trying to sync my Zoom calendar to my iCloud account as described in this help article.
The toggle to turn on the sync in Zoom will not move when I try to switch it on.
We tried some troubleshooting in this thread and the best guess they had was that maybe your iCloud account has to have the same email address as your Zoom account.
I'm now posting more directly to know if anyone knows if that is for sure the case.
Thanks for any help or direction you can provide.
Edited to add: I just noticed this requirement on the help article page: "Calendars added in iOS Calendar app" and would like to confirm that I do indeed have calendars added in the app. Thanks!
