Can't get any meetings to open up from my laptop zoom app

Starting yesterday i cannot get into any zoom meetings from the zoom app on my laptop. I can get into a meeting from my ipad. I have followed the instructions to remove Zoom off of my laptop and downloaded it again from Zoom. it does not work. I switched from firefox to Chrome and it still did not work. I have shut off my computer and it still doesn't work. When I try to join from the app by inserting my Zoom number or any other zoom mtg ID it just spins and after four minutes it gives me an unknown error box with the error code 104101. I do a ton of meetings on Zoom. I need this fixed ASAP or I will need to use another service.

Same issue!!  Unreal.   My computer guru....head of a major university over the computers.... and he cannot find any reason for this!

Support got back with me on this but I have no Idea what to do with this information.
