TOUCH UP MY APPEARANCE is missing (ZOOM PRO)

On June 13, 2024, Zoom literally stopped working on my desktop (PC). I finally uninstalled it. Then reinstalled and signed in. I had to reset all my settings. My gut says it has to do with Zoom App. I only use ZOOM in a browser and never on the phone...
