Can't add an alternative host!

I have a paid Zoom account. When I go to "add alternative host" it won't let me fill in any address at all. (The box is greyed.) I tried this both from my desktop and the app.

An alternate host is limited to paid user within the same account.
Are there any other paying users besides you in your account?
