I am a FREE USER
I haven't paid any subscription ever
I have blocked and deleted wrong contact from my Zoom Messager
I am trying to get that contact back, but it is not working
Asked on google where Zoom has blocked users list
Google gave me this:
Manage Blocked Numbers
Log in to the Zoom web portal.
In the left navigation menu, select Phone.
Click the Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Others setting section and locate Blocked List.
Select Manage Blocked List.
I don't have anything past ''others''
Nothing at all
On another search it says ''phone management''
I got nothing here
Just button ''BUY A PLAN''
I need to find my BLOCKED USERS list so I can unblock that user and re-add him on the zoom messager
Do I have to buy a plan to do that?

Hello @Robur25,
I do not have a basic account, but I am going to try and do the best that I can to help you. I believe that this is now in the personal contacts list which is a tab on the left side of your web browser account, so not on the Zoom phone mobile app, but I could be wrong. Can you tell me if you have the personal contacts tab on your account when you log in on a web browser?

I just sent you an email. For anyone else on this thread. Here is what I found through testing.
If you go to your contacts in the Zoom Workplace Desktop App, or mobile app, if you go into your external contacts > click on the elipses (three dots) you can block or unblock your contacts. Now, in this case, the above user @Robur25 deleted this contact by mistake after blocking the contact. We are still working on that aspect of this case, but I will post here if we find a solution. Below is a screenshot of my testing. This contact is one of my test accounts that is an external contact with my regular zoom (company) account.
