Hey Guys, I'm going to provide consulting services to pairs of people. That means the host is no longer a single person, and can change. Is it possible to use as many people as I need for the host? (as long as the meetings are not concurrent)?

You can only have one host per meeting. You can have multiple co-hosts during a meeting. A co-host can only be assigned after a meeting starts. Co-hosts can't be set up before a meeting. Another option is that after you join a meeting, you can assign someone else to be the host. If you do this, you relinquish hosting privileges, but you can reclaim the host role.
Co-host is a great Zoom feature. Here is a video I created on using co-hosts https://youtu.be/ITiK00SytIw
