Can a Zoom presenter prevent me from viewing/hearing shared videos & allow others to see/hear them?
This is for a required course (Mental Health First Aid) for me as a volunteer in a free health clinic! https://www.mentalhealthfirstaid.org/
My laptop: Hyundai Technology made Chromebook, Windows 11 (2H2). Intel/Celeron.
My Zoom: the latest version as of Feb 2025
--->>2/8/2025 I attended the course ( 6 1/2 hours long), and I was the ONLY one I knew who could not view or hear the shared videos during the course. AARP volunteer tech training told me to ensure I had the most updated version of Zoom. I already had it.
--->>3/8/2025, I am attending the course for the 2nd time due to not being able to view/hear the shared videos last time, made me be listed as a non-participant.
--->>If I am not able to see or hear the shared videos by the presenters today, I will have to retake the course yet a 2nd time. For a total of times taking the course.
********Lastnight I tested my chromebook in a zoom meeting I created for myself. I WAS ABLE TO HEAR & SEE THE SHARED VIDEO in that meeting.
