Can a Zoom Account be used to sign in from multiple locations

Hi, I'm basically just here to ask a general question for an end user/client

 

They currently have Zoom Add-In Installed for Outlook, but the user is upset that she has to sign in occasionally tot he account to create/modify an entry. Thus, my question, are you only able to sign-in from a single session at a single time to create entries, or can you be signed into multiple locations for creating/modifying calendar invites?

 

user has a zoom business license.
