Flicker across the top of my zoom picture

When I'm in a meeting, my zoom picture will suddenly stall. The top part of my picture will flicker and won't stop until I turn off the video. How do I make it stop?

   I have also had this experience. And I had to either turn off the video or log out of a meeting and back in again.
