I haven't ever had this problem before, but since my most recent Zoom meeting, my camera view is now rotated 90 degrees and the view is much narrower than usual. I set my camera up sideways for a temporary fix of the orientation, but the narrow view is still a problem. When I log off the Zoom meeting, the camera view instantly switches back to normal. How do I fix this problem?

Hi @JPeterson2120 welcome to the community! Interesting that this automatically switching without you configuring your video settings, is that correct?
To rotate your camera, within the Zoom desktop client settings > Video > within your camera preview window, you have the option to 'rotate 90 degrees' when your mouse hovers over the camera preview window within the video settings.
Here is the camera preview after you've rotated your camera 90 degrees
Hope this helps!
