On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Camera Selection

Dear Friends,

I am using a computer system with 3 cameras. Is it possible to have a Zoom participant (other than myself) choose which of the 3 cameras is broadcasting from my system? I am aware that I can "Share" up to 2 views but I am hoping that a participant can choose from all available cameras. This would same me from having to select a camera and allow the remote user to chose which camera suits them best on the fly.

Many thanks.

Charles

Hi, @CharlesFink

Unfortunately, I am not aware of such a function.

However, ZoomRooms can transmit video from three cameras at the same time.

Using Multi-Camera mode in Zoom Rooms – Zoom Support

The article mentions limitations when using four cameras, but three cameras can be used on a PC with a lower performance than listed.
