Breakout room glitch

Unexplainable tech glitch where participants could not join or be assigned to breakout rooms. Even co-hosts are unable to join breakout rooms or transfer participants to breakout rooms. Please help. Our online classes are suffering.

sorry to hear about this. Can you please confirm that you are on the latest version of the Desktop Application (https://zoom.us/download) ? If so, I'd highly recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team and explain the issue at hand. You can open a ticket here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you for the prompt response. Yes, we have updated to the latest version of Zoom App. It happened right after that. Could this be a bug? Is this an isolated issue? Will follow through on your advice.
