HI,

I recently got new hearing aids and when I am on a Zoom call, I can hear other people but when I speak my voice sounds like a robot to them.  I am not sure what to do.  I have gone into audio and tested the microphone, and it sounds ok.  Please help.  I need to be able to communicate and hear.  I have to turn off Bluetooth to speak and turn it back on to hear.

My bluetooth hearing aids with Zoom issue is different. I have Kirkland hearing aids made by Phonak. They've worked fine as earbuds using Zoom with bluetooth for several years, but lately I've noticed significant, often lengthy, drop-outs of sound. When I turn the sound over to speakers, the dropouts disappear. This has just been occurring over the last three weeks or so. And it persisted through the most recent Zoom app update (Mac)
