Basic Plan merge with Pro Plan

I recently merged my Basic Zoom Plan account with a Pro Zoom Plan account, but I am still restricted to 40 minute meetings and it still says I have the Basic Plan? How can I verify that my account is now a part of the Pro Account?

Hi, @Carol10,

 

Just because your Basic Plan user login is on the same account as a Pro Licensed user – this does not cause your Zoom login to be Licensed. The account owner has to purchase a Pro License and assign it to your user login. That will change your plan from Basic to Pro.
