Why can Androids phone and tablet can not  get virtual background

It is possible for some Android devices to use the virtual background feature, but there are not many devices that currently support our virtual background feature. You can see which manufacturers are supported and device requirements here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360043484511-Zoom-Virtual-Background-system-requirements

We are certainly working to expand that list of devices so that more users can take advantage of it.
