Azure Remote Virtual Desktop

Hi..

We have a Azure Virtual Desktop and I followed this link to install the Zoom VDI application to our Virtual Desktop and Zoom VDI plugins to the local Win10 machine..

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/enterprise/zoom-support

I'm using the Azure Remote Desktop Connection to connect to our Azure Virtual Desktop but inside our Virtual Desktop it can only send sounds.. it cannot detect my microphone...

I cannot find a good video or document on how to implement this Zoom VDI to Virtual Desktop on the cloud

Any help is appreciated..

Thanks

Bobs

Hi @bigbobsbbs, take a look at this How can we enable microphone in Azure Virtual Desktop? From there you should be able to enable the microphone in Azure Virtual Desktop and configure your output and inputs within your Zoom Settings > Audio.

Have you heard about Zoom AI Companion? ➡️ Check it out!

Do you know when a zoom plugin for Mac will be available for Azure virtual desktop?

You can check information in the below link if

Also, Even I have been using Azure Virtual Desktop for the past 3 months, and it's working very fairly for me. Haven't faced any issue regarding microphones though.
