there must be a simple switch to turn on to do this, its something basic but for the life of me I can't seem to get it to work, some guidance please, thank you
Just for full explanation what I'm trying to do is when I create an event and I had an email for the attendee to attend. They are not currently getting an invitation so if you know how to do this please advise me thank you.

Hello @tonners999,
You may check out @Ray_Harwood's answer in this post.

You can either use an external calendar to schedule meetings or you can use a Zoom app such as Salepager that lets you automatically send invitations to attendee email addresses.

So let me get this straight: I fill in all the details for a meeting in the Zoom app schedule page, including the addresses for invitees, and specify Outlook as the calendar. But it doesn't actually send the invitations, it opens a window in Outlook. The window doesn't include the invitees that I've just specified and won't send them anything, so I can't just click Save because it won't actually invite anyone!!
But wait, it gets worse. I can't just click on the invite button in this window, specify (again!) the address of the invitee and click send. I have multiple accounts in Outlook, as do most people, and the default account there is not the same as the account under which I have the Zoom subscription. So I now also have to go further into the window to specify the calendar it should go into, or else the recipient will wonder why they're getting an email invite from an account in my name but under an email address they don't recognize.
I know that I can schedule Zoom calls directly from Outlook, but I can't believe that the Zoom app would be so totally lame. Am I missing something?
