Automatic Recording - is random, how do I make sure it works every time?

Hi All,

I have ticked all the boxes for automatic recording of meetings, but it's very random if it starts or not. I can't make it work at all on my personal meeting room. (I can always select record manually, this works.) And it seems to work randomly on meetings set in outlook via my zoom plugin that autofills my diary invites.

Is there a magic button I'm missing?

I am a paid subscriber - single person business and have no groups or similar.

Hi @ashleyb did you get an answer to this? I'm having the exact same problem. When I schedule meetings from Outlook they sometimes record and sometimes don't.
