Automatic Recording - is random, how do I make sure it works every time?

Hi All,I have ticked all the boxes for automatic recording of meetings, but it's very random if it starts or not. I can't make it work at all on my personal meeting room. (I can always select record manually, this works.) And it seems to work randoml...
