I have an upcoming reoccurring meeting that I can not attend but I have someone who will be hosting the meeting for me. The problem is, that when I go to edit that occurrence of the reoccurring meeting, it will not allow me to add any participate, or change the host etc. Is there any way around this?

I’d love an answer to this as well. It appears that if someone is not on our account, we can’t add them as a host. Is there a way around this?

I believe that they need to be on your account to be a host.

This might be to late to help. But I found one way to change the host of a webinar. They must however already be in your account. https://it.cornell.edu/zoom/change-ownership-zoom-meeting-or-webinar

They are on our account, they are actually the owner of the account. I was not able to change the host of the meeting from myself. usually there is a drop down when I schedule a meeting, to choose who is hosting, but not after the meeting had been created.
