Wanting to change email to one assigned to my free zoom account

Hello

 
I have been using my work email address with Alma for the Pro zoom account for the past few years.  However, Alma stopped offering the Pro zoom account as part of their membership services so as a result they have updated my zoom account to the free / basic version. 
 
   Since Alma still has my work email address tied to the free / basic zoom account, I created a new pro zoom account with my personal email address.  I would like to have my business email address get connected to the Pro zoom account but I am not able to do that on my own because that work email address is already in use with my free zoom account. 
 
Do I just delete my free zoom account so that my work email is freed up to then be added to my pro zoom account?

I’d first go to Alma admins/help desk and ask if they will “unlink” your account, and perhaps also ask if the can leave your previous meetings linked to the account. See the “Unlink a single user” section of this Zoom Support article for details, and send this info along to them:

Then you can invite that user to join your new Pro account:

I at that point, you have options on how to proceed. My suggestion is to reassign your License to the Business email account, and also reassign the Business addresses the account Owner.  You can then keep the now-unlicensed account or delete it.
