Google Calendar events with no zoom meeting link showing on Zoom Room

We have this scenario where a "personal" Zoom Room for an executive using an office with glass walls needs his calendar events (coming from Google) that are not linked to a Zoom meeting itself, not to show in the list, only the ones with a zoom meeting link associated. So the idea would be if he has a meeting or interview that is face to face, that this specific event from his calendar do not show in the Zoom Room events list on his office's TV.

You'll need to navigate to the user profile (in Zoom) that's linked to the personal Zoom Room, then find Calendar and Contacts Integration. From there, you can un-tick the 'read' option for their Google/Outlook/etc calendar - this will ensure that no meetings outside of Zoom meetings get parsed to their Zoom calendar, but all Zoom meetings on their account should remain in-tact.
There may be some other ramifications since you're effectively revoking all read-access to that cal, so please be sure to test thoroughly.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no option to simply hide all non-Zoom meetings at this time. Please be sure to submit a feature request directly to Zoom so they can get this on the road-map!!

Thank you so much for your help! What we need is indeed that new feature, not to remove the Google calendar.

Have a great day!

This is not the solution.

Certain events are held offline and are therefore not intended to appear on the Zoom home screen.
I would prefer not to attend a Zoom meeting during my "Lunch break" (and can scarcely imagine anyone who would).
Similarilly, "Focus time" in my calendar not expected to appear in Zoom feed - this is merely a courteous request not to schedule a meeting at that time.
If I move these events to another calendar, they will no longer be accessible to my colleagues; if I leave them in the current calendar, they clutter the Zoom home screen to the extent that other events become visible only after scrolling.

The solution is straightforward: add a checkbox to hide events that lack a Zoom link. Even better would be a rule-based filter (e.g., regular expressions, wildcards, and field-presence or -absence constraints).

It is not the solution.

Some events in calendar are completely offline. Some just not about Zoom calls.

"Focus time" is not about joining Zoom - this is merely a courteous request not to schedule a meeting at that time.
