Zoom Sessions - Breakout Rooms

We use Zoom sessions/events.

i just hosted a webinar that had breakout rooms.

in my main room people were saying they couldn’t locate the breakout rooms but when I went to find them to directly add them, the names provided in the QA weren’t under unassigned. Thinking they used another name I asked if it could be either of these few first names and both answered no. How can this be?

our participants were not pre assigned rooms but instead were supposed to be able to kind of dabble in either of the rooms the picked.  

Also, one person could not find the breakout option at and she was on laptop. 

Anyone know if this is expected?

Firstly i want to confirm that when you say "breakout rooms" you mean the regular breakout room feature within meeting/webinar, and not concurrent sessions in the events lobby.

Secondly check what device people have joined from and if they joined via a browser (and if so which one).
