Hello,
The process is described in this support document
https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061540
You will be asked to prove that you own the domain and you need to meet the prerequisites.
Prerequisites for Vanity URL requests
- Business, Education, Enterprise, or API plan
- Account owner or admin
- A custom domain owned by your organization
Note: Widely used, generic domains, such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com, cannot be used

Hello,
Are you working with a Zoom account Rep or Zoom support? They should be able to give you more detailed answers.
Do you own any associated domains that you need to associate?
Usually, this is desired when you have lots of domains that you want to protect so that users don't register their own private accounts with.
Fake example;
businessbrand1.com,
businesbrand1.it,
businessbrand1.ca
or perhaps
work.businessbrand1.com
school.businessbrand1.com
home.businessbrand1.com
and so forth.
Regards
