Streaming LIVE into FB Group - haven't got access to groups

When I try to stream into a FB group (I am the admin), I'm only offered the option of going live to my different audiences, but no groups appear as options.  I am trying to do this from my Windows Laptop.

Do you have any idea how I can get the FB groups I am the admin for to appear as options for Live streaming, please? Is it a setting on FB or within Zoom?!
