On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Recording won't open.

I have been doing weekly recordings with a group I host.  I hit record, do my talk, then end recording.  This time it didn't do the buffering the final normally does.  Instead I go to where I find the file and it looks different then it normally would.  It says Double_click_to_convert.  
I click on it it bring it to a windows media player extension, which its never done before.  It won't play.  Any help is appreciated.

Hey @Headward33, if locally recorded, you can find that recording in your Zoom desktop client, under 'meetings' 👉 'recorded' and you will see the locally recorded videos from there. You can also go to zoom.us/recording to see all cloud recordings if available or the path for local recordings.

I have the same issue. I can find the recording, it won't open and it also asks to convert.
